Sheriff: 3 abandoned puppies found in Harford County

Three puppies found dumped in the woods in Havre de Grace are now getting care from the Humane Society of Harford County. Someone called animal control after hearing the dogs barking Tuesday night in the 900 block of Country Club Road.
