USA: Fireworks illuminate New York as thousands bring in New Year

Thousands of Americans and tourists gathered in Times Square in New York City, Thursday, to welcome the New Year.

After the countdown, firework displays lit up the night's sky while thousands of people celebrated, singing along to 'Auld Lang Syne' and Frank Sinatra's 'New York, New York.'
