U.S. Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Maryland, met with Kilmar Abrego Garcia in El Salvador, the senator announced on X Thursday night. The meeting came hours after Van Hollen posted a video to X saying he was stopped and denied access while trying to visit CECOT, a notorious prison where Abrego Garcia was being held.
