To Turn off subtitles on your Superbox, you just have to go to
Settings → Device → Preferences → Accessibility→ Captions → Turn the display caption on or off
Also, some programs may have subtitles automatically enabled. These programs usually have an option to turn them off.
While watching VOD simply press the right button on your remote control.
Look for the gear icon and click to open up Settings.
Navigate to the Subtitle tracks options and prepare to make a choice.
Choose between English, Spanish, or the option to turn off subtitles completely.
If you can’t find the option, or it tells you no subtitles found then the subtitles were likely added directly to the video by the program itself, and unfortunately, you won’t be able to remove them.
