Trash, twisted and shuffled headstones, and gravestones covered in grass are a common sight when Janea Dailey and her mom, Joy Octavia Bracy, come to Mt. Zion Cemetery in Lansdowne. It's not what they want to see while visiting their loved one, Jarmal Brian Dailey, who was shot and killed back in 2006.
