The family of 9-year-old Bailee Brooks is speaking up about her death around a week after she was involved in a crash. The family wants to see dashcam video from the trooper who tried to pull over the Jeep she was in before the driver took off. The Jeep later crashed, leaving Brooks, another girl and a man dead.
