A 17-year-old boy is reportedly fighting for his life after being shot by police in Idaho. Video of the altercation was captured by a witness. Reports say the teen, Victor Perez, has autism, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. Witnesses say he appeared intoxicated and had a knife when he was approached by police who shot him nine times. A GoFundMe page set up for Perez says he had his leg amputated.
