Program transforms girls into 'GEMS' of success

The goal of the "Girls Empowerment Mission" is to empower girls with the tools they need to succeed. Girls at Chesapeake High School in Anne Arundel County gather for two Wednesdays each month for the GEMS program to take steps toward becoming world-changing women.
