Turbo OutRun Reimagined v0.4.1: Riding the motorcycle

I'm challenging the nerd to a duel!
For this version I've added a vanishing point slider. The more you crank it up, the more the road converges to a point. It looks a bit weird, but maybe some people might like it. And it created some artifacts and weird placement of objects.
