Bittersweet Rain (Saudade fez morada aqui dentro) is a film by Haroldo Borges who wrote the story with his regular screenwriter Paula Gomes.

A teenager growing up in a small town in the Brazilian heartland doesn't have it easy. He has a degenerative eye disease that will eventually lead to blindness, school is no piece of cake either, and his first crush seems to be a one-way street. How does he cope with his setbacks? Winner of the Mar del Plata International Film Festival's Jury and Audience Awards.
