NFS: Carbon - PS2-style Car Audio Mod for PC

EngineAudio node in Carbon is a major setback, just give us the MW05/PS2 audio system and I wouldn't be complaining too much when doing this mod

Original OGVI settings done by my friends, tweaks done by me

We did this by grabbing the original PS2 NFS Carbon EngineAudio/CarAudio VLT entries using OVGI (originally script was adapted for VltEd but was remade for the newer thing) and putting them on the PC version with some minor tweaks
