The BEST Stalker Mod (It's not Anomaly)

I've been searching for something like this for YEARS and it's finally a thing. Stalker Improved Weapon Pack is a mod that does alot more than its name would suggest. I vastly prefer this over Anomaly, GAMMA, or any of its offshoots.

You can even get the armor from Halo Reach!
