Press Windows Plus I and Select Gaming. Go to ‘Game Mode’ from the left-hand sidebar. Enable the radio button under Game mode and turn that on. Similarly, go to the game bar tab and turn that off. Go to captures. Turn off the background recording and the recorded audio buttons.

If you need these features, you can turn them on later but for now, they are unnecessary and might consume some background resources. So, it’s best to turn them off.
