GTA 3 Definitive Edition: The Exchange (Final Mission) FASTEST METHOD!! (No Cheats or Glitches!)

In order to do this method, you must have saved the bulletproof Patriot that Ray gives you on in the lockup on his final mission ‘Marked Man’. Getting Max Health & Armor also helps. This is not one of my best runs of this method at all and I definitely had many mistakes.
