Ediiting Water Level in GTA IV - Flood and Dried Sea

gta 4 water.dat edit to adjust the water, you can make the liberty city flooded like tsunami or river empty

delete everything in the file and replace it with this line :

-2000.0 2000.0 15.369 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 2000.0 2000.0 15.369 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 -2000.0 -2000.0 15.369 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 2000.0 -2000.0 15.369 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.0 13 0.0

just copy paste numbers above into water.dat, you can try to edit it. also remember to backup original water.dat file
