So RPG Racing games exist...

There's Action-adventure games, there's RPG-Strategy games, there's Survival Horror games, but have you ever thought about RPG-Racing games? Well, I did, and seems like there's not much RPG Racing games, but from the list I chose possibly the better one. A PS1 JRPG Racing game that promises as a Racing game with RPG styled approach. So I had to pick it, and give a playthrough on it
