Uninstall your ESET product using the ESET uninstaller tool for Windows 10

To download the ESET Uninstaller file for Windows 10, click https://download.eset.com/com/eset/tools/installers/eset_apps_remover/latest/esetuninstaller.exe

Steps:

1. Click the ESET 'uninstaller file' link in the description of this video to download the uninstaller tool.

2. Click 'Go to site'.

3. Open the 'esetuninstaller.exe' file and save it to your desktop.

4. Click the 'Windows power' icon, then press the 'shift' key and select 'Restart'.

5. Click 'Troubleshoot'.

6. Click 'Advanced Options'.

7. Click 'Startup Settings'.

8. Click 'Restart'.

9. Press '5' on your keyboard to select 'Enable Safe Mode with Networking'.

10. Type 'cmd' into the Windows search bar.

11. Click 'Run as administrator'.

12. Enter 'cd desktop'.

13. Enter 'esetuninstaller.exe'.

14. Enter 'y'.

15. Enter the number next to the ESET product you want to uninstall.

16. Enter 'y'.

17. Enter any key to exit.

18. Restart your computer.

19. Use the search bar to confirm your ESET product was uninstalled.

20. Repeat this process if you have other ESET products to uninstall.
