S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl STUTTER FIX [around fires]

Fixes the stutter you see when moving around fire or some artifacts when render is set to dynamic lighting.

Nvidia settings:
- FXAA: ON
- Maximum pre-rendered frames: 1
- Multi display/mixed gpu acceleration: Single display performance mode .
- Threaded optimization: OFF
- Triple buffering: ON
- Vertical sync: Adaptive

AMD users:

-Download RadeonPro
- Start RadeonPro - Add profile - Find the XR_3DA.exe
found in C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl\bin
and click on "Open"
- Click on the Advanced tab
- Set Flip Queue Size to 1
- Make sure RadeonPro IS running while Starting the game.
