Neo Geo Cup '98: The Road to the Victory - Neo Geo - Gameplay

Neo Geo Cup '98: The Road to Victory is a soccer video game inspired by the 1998 FIFA World Cup, although it was released after the event. With 64 competing teams, each one takes part in a "Final Regional Qualifying Round," facing off against a team they actually competed against during the qualifiers for the 1998 FIFA World Cup. If the player manages to defeat the opponent, they advance to a group stage very similar to the real World Cup, facing teams that were actually in their group. Although this game is based on Super Sidekicks 3, the animations and designs are exactly the same except for the teams.
