On the 21st of June 2007, Kaitlyn Lassiter and her two friends were enjoying a day out at Kentucky Kingdom when the unthinkable happened. Whilst riding the drop tower ride known as the Superman Tower of Power, the ride malfunctioned resulting in horrific consequences that would change Kaitlyn's life forever. The investigation into the incident shone the light on a multitude of failures showing the disaster could have been completely avoided but what happened that day, and what happened to Kaityln?
