The coldest things in the world are like nature's icy wonders. Picture Antarctica, where it gets so chilly that it hits -128.6°F (-89.2°C) – the coldest natural spot on Earth. In special labs, scientists use supercool liquids, like super cold helium, just a smidge above absolute zero at -459.67°F (-273.15°C), to do really cool experiments.
And then, there are far-off planets, like OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb, in our galaxy that are super freezing, with temperatures dropping to -364°F (-220°C). Whether it's here on Earth or out in space, these super cold things show us just how freezing our world can be!
