However, when she started making TikToks with her mom Ansreen, her follower base began to grow. In many ways, the mother and daughter got closer together through Mahek’s TikTok venture, too.

But their bond was a truly disturbing one. And in 2022, Mahek did the worst thing imaginable for her mom.
