TOCA vs Grid Legends - Renault Laguna Touring Car Gameplay (1997 vs 2022)

Grid Legends has been released and it brings back an iconic car from over two decades ago: The Renault Laguna touring car, known from TOCA Touring Car Championship, the very first game of the Codemasters franchise that is now known as Grid. Here you can see the car in action in both TOCA and Grid Legends.

The first TOCA game came out in 1997 and it featured 8 different cars from the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), including the championship-winning Renault Laguna.

Two more TOCA games followed in the PS1 era and then 3 games in the "TOCA Race Driver" era. Then we got Race Driver Grid in 2008, followed by 4 other Grid games, with the latest one being Grid Legends.

Grid Legends brings back the Renault Laguna and it also features another car from the original TOCA with the Audi A4 quattro. If this video gets enough views, then I would be happy to make the same type of video about the Audi as well. :)
