One of the most controversial moments at the World Cup 2002. In the 103th minute, Italian player Francesco Totti was brought down inside the box, by Korean defender Chong-Gug Song. Totti claimed he was fouled, but the referee Byron Moreno gave Totti a second yellow card, for in his opinion a dive. Italy did not get the penalty they wanted, and Korea would win the match, after they scored a golden goal in the 115th minute.

A day later, the Italian press spoke of a conspiracy against the Italians.
