Fails, Glitches & Funny Moments - GTA III Definitive Edition

For the first time we have fails and funny moments from Liberty City and GTA 3 on this channel. I decided to give the Definitive Edition a try and see if it is really that bad. Short version: the GTA III DE is an unoptimized piece of garbage, but at least it makes for some good glitches.
