POSTAL 4 New Explosions & Other Updates!

Finally!!! After weeks of waiting I can finally show off some of the updates I’ve made to Postal 4. In this first of many dev blog updates, I’ll be showing you guys the sweet new VFX I’ve made, as well as other fixes :).
