GTA III Riot Zone XXX - Armored Cheetah Glitch

I attempt to play GTA3's story with all the citizens rioting with weapons. Chaos and hilarity ensue. As the missions get more difficult, the fails get more plentiful. This week I try to use a glitch in the race mission "Turismo" to get a bulletproof & explosion proof Cheetah so I can pass Espresso2Go.
