Player:

- CJ's legs model was modified to fit his feet more (It's still a bit buggy)
- His animation when walking was completely re-created both in his skinny and muscular body
- The parachute landing animation was restored

Gameplay:

- Fixed the models of "Washington", "Remington", "Sabre" and "Glendale" inside cutscenes
- "T-bone" model was changed to look more like its beta version seen in an artwork
- "Pulaski" was changed to look more like its beta version seen in an artwork
- New peds were added to the game:
- WMYCD2: an unused taxi driver
- WFYCRP: a femenine valet
- WMYMECH2: an unused variant of the mechanic ped with grey suit - CDEPUT: an unused sherrif that spawns in towns like Angel Pine
- MEDIATR: an asian male ped that spawns in SF

Script:

- "Life Is A Beach" re-created, the location of the mission and the camera views in different scenes were changed
- "Snail Trail" the model of the reporter was changed to the character "MEDIATR" as seen in the strategic guide
- "Monster" added new animations to a scene before driving
- "Fender Ketchup" changed the model "dnb2" to "triadb"
- "You've had your chips" changed the model "dnb2" to "triadb"
- "Architectual Espionage" changed the model "dnb2" to "triadb"
- "Home in the hills" changed the model "dnb2" to "triadb"
- The "Boatyard" icon that appeared on the minimap was removed
- CJ's dialogue when stealth killing has been restored
- Fixed bug where a call from "Rosenberg" to start the mission "Saint Marks Bistro" never rang and the player could not continue with the game's campaign
- The gym opening behavior has been restored to its default state, having all of them unlocked in the same mission
