Tomb Raider Texture Mods - I haven't seen that many online (not that I've searched around much), but that's probably because it takes a little effort to get them running. Nevertheless, I decided to make a few basic ones myself, and am willing to share them. Think of it as free exclusive DLC... for your DLC.

If you're new to the retexturing business, visit Tomb Raider Hub's modding section to get educated.
[EDIT] *If you don't have the time however, I'll explain in detail further down below.*
Note that the mods were made under Normal Texture Quality, and will not work on low, high or ultra. You will also need the relevant outfit DLC's (sorry). Textures were replaced in small pieces, so you can mix and match tops, pants and shoes etc. Another pack may or may not be made, depending on whether or not modding resources online become more prominent, and also depending on if I feel like it.
Mods are for PC only. Entire package contains 13 mods including:
- Black Boots (Aviatrix)
- Mud Boots (Aviatrix)
- Black Pants (Aviatrix)
- Grey Camo Pants (Aviatrix)
- Explorer Tech Jacket (Aviatrix)
- Black Boots (Hunter)
- Brown Boots (Hunter)
- Black Pants (Hunter)
- Blue Jeans (Hunter)
- Brown Camo Pants (Hunter)
- Black Top (Hunter)
- Brown Top (Hunter)
- Ladies Shield Top (Hunter)
HOW TO APPLY:
Firstly, you need to have the PC version of TR and the mods, of course. Next, you should have the Hunter and/or Aviatrix DLC. Now once that's confirmed, you need to download Texmod, the application responsible for applying the mods. You can retrieve it at Tomb Raider Hub's Modding section. You can find it at this link :
http://www.tombraiderhub.com/tr7/modding/texmod/download/texmod.zip
Now before you attempt to use this application, note that Tomb Raider 2013 is in DirectX11, and mods can only be applied in DirectX9 mode (don't quote me on that). As such you'll need to do a little registry fixing. Don't worry it's not much. The source of this information on what to do is at Tomb Raider Forums here:
http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?s=84789a8f47af1875b065fbb9d54c8eb8&t=198405
But the instructions are as follows:
1. Launch the Registry Editor (open the Start Screen/Start Menu, type regedit, hit Enter).
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Crystal Dynamics\Tomb Raider\Graphics
3. Modify RenderAPI value to 9 (Right Click RenderAPI and modify).
Well, that's it for that (the hardest part in my opinion)! Now to use Texmod. Run Texmod, and where you see Target Application, locate your TR installation folder, and select the TombRaider.exe. That's the game you'll be running after all. Now below, make sure Package Mode is selected in texmod. Now click the little folder icon on the right and browse to the location of the mod files you downloaded. Select one you want. Black Pants? Brown Top? Pick one! When you do, you'll see the file name under the Package Names section, and then simply click Run. The mods only work with Normal Texture quality enabled, so be sure that's done. Now get in-game, find a camp, select the outfit that you applied the mods for (for example "Black Pants (Hunter)" means you modded the Hunter outfit to have black pants, so select Hunter), and voila! Modded!
Now if it's your first modding experience, it may seem a little tedious to set everything up, but it's a great investment. Texmod can replace textures in multiple games, and can be used to make your own texture mods as well. Note it only changes how something looks, not its shape or size or anything like that. I highly recommend trying it, not only for this game but for others as well (even though some might disapprove shh!). Hopefully this info has been helpful, and for more info, go to Tomb Raider Hub and Tomb Raider Forums.
