Doom II (Doom 95) Demo on an Actual Windows 98 PC

Does anyone know what Soundcard this is because I have really nostalgic feelings for this one... Doom looks really good on a CRT Monitor. But that originally the way it was meant to be viewed. This is the Windows 95 (Doom 95) Version of Doom II Running 3 Demo's.
