GTA3 Refresh 3.1: All New Interiors and Locations

GTA3 Refresh (version 3.1) is a game overhaul mod which i made about 6 years ago and it contains a lot of bugs, crashes and the overall work is done quite sloppy and is far from up to date with today's standard of GTA3 modding, but at the same time the graphical improvements, new map locations, new vehicle handing, sound effects and in combination with new miscellaneous gameplay enhancements through various Cleo mods, like police shooting at armed gang members and yourself if your armed with a cop nearby, crouching, car mod garage, swimming, enterable interiors,
first person view, new car explosion effects and other cleo mods made by Dimzet13, gives GTA3 a new experience which the 'Definitive Edition' will never give.

For some reason it takes several attempts to load up a save file since the game crashes alot when it finishes loading and some garages contain glitched cars which also leads to crashes just like crossing to other islands, so the game is actually only playable with freeroam in mind and playing storyline missions can lead to crashes.

The picture of that random GTA SA ped that keeps popping up in this video is the result of a 'watermark' i added in a (fake) GTA SA video from 2013 which explains in a incorrect way how to remove the water from the game by editing the water.dat file which became quite a meme and somehow reached 1.7 million views so for the meme added that back into this video.

Unfortunately the Aircraft mod made by Silent does not work on this mod,
but the helicopter control and Dodo Handling fix mods will compensate
for that.
