In 15 years of STALKER and STALKER modding there have been countless ways to play the games which have already by design been intended to unravel multiple outcomes. However, age ravages all, including classic video games. thankfully very talented modders have worked with the original STALKER trilogy and created projects that are perfect for anyone's first or hundredth playthrough.
The most important part about modding the game for an authentic playthrough is that the developer's vision has also been been adopted by the modders, and only these mods have been taken into consideration.
Mods with the original game mechanics, arsenal, and story (among other key elements) have been considered. The most important thing to remember is that STALKER is Hot Chocolate and we must keep it as such.
