I cooked Ukrainian Borsch in the village. Dish of UNESCO List

Hello, my name is Alina, I live in Ukraine and today I decided to cook my favorite dish. Borscht is a traditional Ukrainian soup that was inscribed on the UNESCO List.

Ukrainian Borsch recipe:
(Borscht)
- pork ribs
- potatoes
- onion
- carrots
- red beet
- tomato
- tomato paste
- cabbage
- salt, pepper, sugar, bay leaf
- parsley and dill
add sour cream, green onions and lard
