Missing mother-of-two Nicola Bulley had “in the past suffered with some significant issues with alcohol” which had “resurfaced over recent months”, Lancashire Police said in a statement expanding on her “specific vulnerabilities”.
Lancashire Police have revealed they attended a report of concern for welfare at Nicola Bulley's home address on January 10th.
