How do I install shadow of the Tomb Raider mods?

How can I download and install shadow of the Tomb Raider mods?
Shadow of the Tomb Raider Mods Installation Tutorial (Ultimate Guide)



0_Turn off Dx12
1_Download the Tools (SK_FFXV.7z)
2_Extract the contents of (SK_FFXV.7z) to your game path where Sottr.exe
3_Download Mod, extract it with Winrar and paste it into : SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Shadow of the Tomb Raider\SK_Res\inject\texture
4_ If the Folders SK_Res, inject and textures do not exist. Create them with exact same name and same file structure as the path above.
5_MOD WONT WORK IF TEXTURES AREN'T SET TO ULTRA
6_Run the game, Go to CampFire, Equip .... Outfit.
