RECIPE and ingredients of my „Plum Pie or Plum Shortcake“:

Dough:
525g flour
90g sugar
250g butter
4 eggs
2 packages vanilla flavored sugar
1 package baking powder

Filling:
1 kg plums

Topping/Crumbles:
160g butter
120g sugar
300g flour
2 packages vanilla flavored sugar

Instructions:
- mix all dough ingredients and put on a baking plate with baking paper
- make it flat with some additional flour
- slice your plums into quarters and place them on your cake (as many plums as you like)
- now mix all crumble ingredients and put them over your plums

Put it in the oven:
200°C for 40 minutes

During winter time you can also add one teaspoon of cinnamon to the crumbles.
